Everyone wants to be the best version of themselves. It’s natural that you do your best if you are passionate about what you’re doing. If you do things you are not passionate about, it’s going to be hard for you to do or be the best. Doing conventional things makes everything complicated. We talk about listening to the small voice inside your head to do the things you are passionate about and the impact it has on your life.
Your heart never lies to you. It’s always precise about the things that will be good in your life. Sometimes it can be hard to do whatever your heart tells you to do, and it will take more effort from you. But that’s how your heart helps you to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Curiosity comes naturally to us because it is one of the fundamental things that humans are born with. Curiosity leads you to new experiences. You’re being guided by the things that you’re naturally curious about. We talk about how walking helps you ignite your curiosity, which will ultimately lead you to something new.
Join us as Light Watkins guides us towards a life of mindfulness, authenticity, and self-realization.
